Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director Enterprise Projects is a rare opportunity to lead organisation-wide initiatives aligned to WGHG's strategic direction. You'll manage high-impact, complex projects that span clinical, operational and corporate services, all while influencing key stakeholders, building strong partnerships, and advocating for bold, future-focused healthcare reform.
This is a role for a seasoned leader who thrives in dynamic, high-accountability environments. You'll bring expertise in project delivery, organisational change, and stakeholder engagement—paired with exceptional interpersonal skills, sound judgement, and a clear sense of purpose.
We're looking for someone with the confidence to lead at senior level and the ability to unify cross-functional teams behind a common vision. You'll work with government, community and health sector stakeholders to bring strategy to life and create lasting, measurable impact.

About our organisation
The West Gippsland Healthcare Group is a customer focused health organisation providing acute medical and surgical, obstetric, emergency, residential care and community health services to 45,000 people in the rural, urban residential, agricultural and industrial areas located within the Baw Baw Shire and beyond. The administrative headquarters are located at West Gippsland Hospital in Warragul, approximately 100kms east of Melbourne.

All appointments with the West Gippsland Healthcare Group are subject to the satisfactory return of professional reference checks, a National Police Record Clearance and a current Employee Working with Children Check. All employees must hold current entitlement to work within Australia. A six-month probationary period applies to all new appointments.
