Are you ready to shape the future of streaming and entertainment? At Foxtel Group, we connect Australians to the world's best sports, movies, and television, and we're looking for a Digital Performance Coordinator to join our Performance Marketing team.
Your role will be to support the execution and optimisation of performance media campaigns across Paid Social, Search (SEM) and Affiliate channels, contributing to subscriber growth and engagement.
Working closely with the Digital Performance Manager and channel specialists, you will assist in campaign setup, monitoring and optimisation across paid social and search platforms for our key brands including BINGE, Kayo Sports and Foxtel.
You will ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, on time, and aligned to acquisition and performance targets. This is a hands‐on activation role designed to build foundational capability across performance marketing, with exposure to campaign strategy, testing and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in building, launching and managing Paid Social and SEM campaigns across platforms, ensuring correct configuration of budgets, audiences, keywords, creative assets, tracking and naming conventions with thorough QA checks
* Support day‐to‐day campaign pacing and ongoing optimisation of bids, budgets, audiences and keywords to drive performance against targets
* Conduct search query mining, keyword expansion and negative keyword management to improve search campaign efficiency and relevance
* Assist in campaign planning and execute structured A/B and test & learn frameworks across creative, audiences, formats and bidding strategies, feeding learnings back into future activity
* Implement audience targeting, retargeting and remarketing strategies using platform tools and first‐party data to support funnel progression
* Prepare performance reports, pull platform data, surface key insights and ensure pixels, tracking tags and conversion events are correctly implemented and validated with analytics teams
* Collaborate with internal teams (Brand, Creative, Social, Editorial and Data teams) to ensure timely delivery of assets and to elevate campaign risks or issues to the Digital Performance Manager and channel leads
About your experience
* Prior internship / entry‐level work experience, or experience in digital, media or marketing environment (agency or client‐side highly desirable)
* Any exposure to Paid Social platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, Pinterest or X is a bonus, whether through personal, academic or professional use
* Basic awareness of search advertising platforms such as Google Ads is a plus
* Some familiarity with Ads Manager tools or campaign basics would be great, but is not essential
* Awareness of digital marketing metrics such as CTR, CPC and CPA is a bonus
* Interest in the influencer and creator landscape is a plus
* Passionate about media, entertainment, and evolving consumer engagement
