Senior Manager, Frameworks and Policy Management - Mercer Super
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Frameworks and Policy Management, to join our Risk and Compliance function at Mercer Super. This key role is responsible for the development, maintenance, and oversight of policy and process registries across Mercer Super Australia Limited, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and promoting a strong risk culture.

We will count on you to:
* Develop, implement, and maintain risk management frameworks, policies, and procedures based on regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring they are tailored to Mercer Super's unique operating environment.
* Regularly review and update existing policies to reflect changes in legislation and emerging risks, ensuring all policies remain current and effectively communicated.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather input during policy development, facilitating workshops to ensure policies are clear and comprehensible for all levels of the organization.
* Maintain the Mercer Super Policy Register and manage the Policy Exemptions Register, ensuring all documentation is up to date and aligned with best practices.
* Lead initiatives to enhance the reputation of the Mercer Super Line 2 risk and compliance function as a center of excellence, fostering a proactive risk culture.
What you need to have:
* Tertiary qualifications in a business-related discipline.
* 3-5+ years of experience in risk policy development, preferably within the superannuation industry, with a proven track record in developing risk-related policy documents.
* In-depth understanding of risk management frameworks, procedures, and policies, with the ability to design comprehensive frameworks that comply with regulatory requirements.
