Responsibilities
* Work with sales team to drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals across multiple industries
* Run discovery process to understand customer pain points, business objectives and technical landscape
* Conduct product demonstrations for customers, being a product champion and subject matter expert
* Understand customer issues and drive problems through to resolution
* Work with customer success to understand key user and operational metrics to help drive product improvement
Qualifications
* 3-5 years of experience within SaaS
* Strong client facing presentation and communication skills
* Ability to work autonomously
* Highly organised with strong multi-tasking skills
* Positive attitude and great relationship building skills
* Loves the environment of an early stage / nimble business
