We are looking for a Psychologist, Social Worker or Rehabilitation Counsellor to join our multidisciplinary allied health team in Darwin as a Rehabilitation Consultant.

How you'll be making an impact in people's lives
* Undertaking assessments relevant to your discipline and developing and implementing effective rehabilitation plans.
* Designing and delivering meaningful intervention programmes that build functional capacity and independence.
* Developing tailored rehabilitation plans and return‐to‐work strategies.
* Identifying barriers and implementing practical evidence‐based solutions.
* Navigating multiple funding schemes to empower client recovery.
* Undertaking psychological assessments to determine client recovery needs and goals.
* Providing adjustment‐to‐injury counselling.
* Completing vocational assessments.
* Collaborating with clients, their families, medical teams, employers and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications
* Australian recognised degree in Psychology with AHPRA accreditation or qualifications in Rehabilitation Counselling with professional registration with ASORC, or Social Work qualifications and AASW membership.
* Willingness to travel – a current vehicle and driver's licence required.
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Determination to consistently provide a high level of customer service.
* A keen sense of punctuality and the ability to manage time effectively.
