About The Role
The ICT Extended Support Program (ESP), Resourcing Lead is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of ESP by strategically coordinating complex ICT staffing activities and capability development initiatives. The lead strategically collaborates with schools, internal stakeholders, technology vendors, and education providers to build and maintain a skilled ICT team aligned to service delivery requirements. Overseeing the sourcing and onboarding of trainees, contractors, and departmental staff, ensuring timely placement and operational readiness.
The Lead develops and implements training and awareness programs that promote ICT career pathways and respond to emerging industry trends. Additionally, the role supports induction processes, professional development, and policy compliance while contributing to continuous improvement across ICT operations.
Special Conditions
The successful applicant is required to gain a Department for Human Services (DHS) working with children check (WWCC) prior to being employed which is required to be renewed every five years before expiry. The incumbent will be required to undertake RRHAN –EC (Responding to Risks of Harm, Abuse and Neglect - Education Care) Facilitator Lead (Masterclass) extended course or the online (Fundamentals) course which will be required to be updated every three years.

Remuneration
ASO7 $108,109 - 116,864 per annum (1.0 FTE) + superannuation (11.5%) and leave loading.
