About the role
Monitor portfolio performance and support delivery of growth, premium, and profitability targets through data-driven insights and strategically aligned pricing recommendations
Analyse risk drivers, identify trends, and integrate actuarial pricing models into decision-making, providing evidence-based recommendations to the Pricing Committee
Deliver regular reporting (weekly/monthly), maintain budget models, support forecasting and annual budgeting, and evaluate the impact of pricing changes
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, acting as an SME for pricing, providing clear communication, insights, and professional service to internal clients
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and organisational policies, while supporting continuous improvement, training, and adherence to health, safety, and operational standards
About you
Proven ability to build and maintain strong working relationships across the business to support collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into clear, non-technical insights and reports
Proficiency in SQL or R, along with advanced Excel skills and experience using Power BI to analyse and report on business, operational, or insurance data
Knowledge of general insurance frameworks, including the Code of Practice, privacy principles, dispute resolution processes, and relevant legislation is advantageous, though candidates from other relevant industries will also be considered
