The opportunity...
The Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of endoscopy equipment, medical laser systems and ultraviolet light sterilisation units. This role provides on‐site and remote technical support to ensure optimal performance, safety, and compliance with regulatory standards. The Service Engineer also supports product upgrades, preventative maintenance, customer training, and documentation, working closely with clinical staff and internal teams to deliver high‐quality service and minimise equipment downtime.

* Ability to analyse issues, identify root causes, and implement practical solutions
Desirable (but not essential)
* Industry‐specific qualifications or certifications EG electronics, electrical or trade discipline
* Experience in Endoscopy environments, hospitals, or service‐related industries
