About the Role
The Empire Group is seeking an experienced administrative professional to provide high-level support to a senior executive.
* Provide high-level administrative support including calendar management, correspondence coordination, and data entry.
* Organize meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and supporting documents.
* Maintain effective systems across HR, finance, assets, and performance reporting.
* Undertake projects as directed by the executive.
* Coordinate corporate reporting, including briefing notes, submissions, and business planning.
* Support service delivery and program outcomes through efficient work management processes.
* Prepare and maintain reports contributing to improved service delivery.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Intermediate to advanced experience in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.
* Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office manager.
* A strong background in administration.
* Knowledge of SharePoint (highly desirable).
* Proactive, organized, and able to manage competing priorities.
* Previous government experience is highly desirable.
