Care Services Assistant Role
* Provide person-centered care and support to residents, focusing on nutrition and dining.
* Assist with meal selection, preparation, and presentation to meet individual resident preferences.
* Maintain accurate records of nutrition and diet information as required.
* Engage with residents during mealtimes to provide social and emotional support.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent customer service skills, a compassionate attitude, previous experience in restaurants and/or commercial kitchens, and the ability to take direction from others.
