The Opportunity
Due to our continued success in the resource sector Inteforge has an immediate opportunity to join the team as Project Coordinator, supporting several projects. As Project coordinator you will manage detailed project support activities such as documentation control, procurement tracking, schedule updates, technical follow‑ups, action management and vendor coordination.
The role will support across electrical, instrumentation and hazardous area tasks, and experience in these areas would be a significant advantage. We seek a person that’s open to travelling to assist with coordination and sign‑offs as well as to China/Vietnam to support the Project Leads in various fabrication workshops should the need arise.
The role is based in our Perth, Victoria Park office working with the team managing skid and vessel fabrication contract for a leading gas client.
Duties Include
- Working closely with Project and Workshop Managers, Engineering and Quality Team.
- Positively influencing achievement culture across the business.
- Responsible for supplier and subcontractor quality performance.
- Completion of project tracking, reporting and scheduling tasks.
We Would Love To Talk To You Possess
- Experience in Engineering or Workshop Supervisory roles with robust knowledge of E&I; components, welding, surface treatment processes and execution.
- Experience interpreting and applying Australian and International Codes and Standards.
- Engineering or Trades qualifications, Electrical trade knowledge a definite advantage.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong customer‑facing focus.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office software packages, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
