Role Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for an organised and customer‐focused PM Service Scheduler to join our Customer Support division at our Campbellfield, Victoria or Fairfield, NSW Branch. Reporting to the PM Service Supervisor, you'll be responsible for planning and coordinating all PM service activities for our PM Service Technicians across the South East Region. This role is critical in ensuring customers receive proactive support while helping drive growth in Komatsu's Preventive Maintenance service offering.
You'll work closely with technicians, customers and internal support teams to maximise service efficiency, improve customer outcomes, and ensure the full PM service cycle is completed to Komatsu standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast‐paced operational environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications
* Experience in scheduling, planning, customer service or operational coordination roles
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‐paced environment
* Customer‐focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem solving
* Experience within earthmoving, mining, construction or service industries desirable
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* SAP / OneView experience beneficial but not essential
* Technical or trade background advantageous
