This role offers the opportunity to work within an experienced development team on a major industrial precinct, gaining exposure across the full development lifecycle from front-end feasibilities and planning through to delivery. It will suit someone who enjoys the commercial side of development and is looking to further strengthen their financial and analytical capability, while still remaining closely involved in project execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in the preparation and ongoing management of development feasibilities and business cases
* Support acquisition and due diligence activities, including market research and financial analysis
* Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, cashflow forecasting and reporting
* Coordinate consultants and stakeholders across planning, design and delivery phases
* Support programme management and project delivery activitiesAssist with governance reporting, submissions and project documentation
* Work closely with senior development staff across active developments and future opportunities
About You
* 2–5 years' experience within property development, construction, property finance or a related field
* Strong financial acumen with exposure to feasibilities, development analysis or reporting
* Exposure to industrial, logistics, commercial or large-scale projects preferred
* Strong communication skills and ability to work across multiple stakeholders
* Tertiary qualification in Property, Commerce, Finance, Engineering, Construction Management or similar
