Safety Solutions WA is a growing WHS consultancy with a strong reputation for delivering practical, high-quality safety solutions to businesses across Western Australia. As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and people‐focused Operations Manager to join our leadership team and help drive the next phase of our business.
This is a key leadership role within the organisation, working closely with the Director and Business Development Manager to support our consultants, strengthen operational systems, maintain accountability, and foster the positive team culture we are building.
About the Role
The Operations Manager is responsible for the day‐to‐day operational management of our consulting team, including scheduling, staff support, onboarding, process improvement, quality assurance, and leadership support. This role requires someone who can confidently lead people, communicate clearly, follow through on priorities, and work cooperatively within an established and growing business framework.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, assigning and coordinating consultant workloads and schedules
* Providing day‐to‐day leadership and support to our consulting team
* Assisting with recruitment, onboarding and staff development
* Facilitating regular staff check‐ins and mentoring team members
* Delivering and coordinating internal and external training
* Conducting QA reviews of consultant deliverables
* Supporting development and implementation of operational systems and procedures
* Identifying opportunities for operational improvement and efficiencies
* Supporting leadership initiatives and business growth objectives
* Facilitating team meetings and maintaining clear communication across the business
About You

Essential Requirements
* Management and / or leadership experience
* HR experience and / or qualifications
* Strong computer skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
* Current C Class Driver's Licence
* Understanding of Work Health and Safety principles and legislation
Desirable
* WHS / OSH qualifications
* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* White Card / Blue Card
