Role Overview
We are looking for a Solicitor to join our award‐winning Band 1 Real Estate team in Brisbane, working with leading Partners Luke Simpson and Julie Jankowski on significant real estate transactions and projects across Australia.
Responsibilities
* Work on all types of real estate transactions and projects from single assets to multi‐jurisdictional portfolio deals and urban regeneration projects.
* Handle transactions covering commercial office, logistics, retail, build‐to‐rent, hotels & leisure, social and affordable housing, infrastructure and renewable energy.
* Collaborate with partners and teams across the national Real Estate practice.
* Contribute to the culture and success of the Brisbane office and broader market‐leading practice.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable experience in transactional real estate from a leading top or mid‐tier or boutique specialist firm.
* Admission to practice in Australia or New Zealand and 2–4 years of post‐admission experience.
* Excellent academic record and first‐class attention to detail.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to comprehend intricate legal matters.
* Proactive, collaborative mindset with a hunger to learn, develop and maintain a market‐leading practice.
* Innovative mindset, curious about AI and emerging technologies.
