About the role
Deliver end-to-end recruitment services, including advertising, sourcing, screening, conducting first-stage interviews, reference checks, and offer management
Manage an allocated portfolio of 15-20 (on average) positions across multi‑functional functions (blue/white collar); Bentley and regional locations, ensuring timely and effective outcomes
Write compelling, inclusive e‑advertisements that reflect the brand and Employee Value Proposition (EVP)
Support diversity and inclusion initiatives by applying inclusive recruitment practices and sourcing strategies that attract a broad and diverse candidate base
Proactively identify and engage high‑quality candidates using direct search methods, LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search, and internal talent pools
Maintain and build active talent pools for positions with recurring demand or specialist skill sets to enable proactive hiring
Partner with hiring leaders to discuss and develop clear position briefs, offering strategic advice on role requirements, market conditions, candidate attraction and sourcing strategies
Build strong, consultative relationships with hiring leaders, advising on best practices, interview techniques, and candidate selection
About you
Tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources, Commerce or a related discipline are mandatory, or relevant work experience is mandatory
Significant experience in in‑house end‑to‑end talent acquisition
Proven ability to manage with a high‑level quality service, a large portfolio of on average 15–20 positions
Significant experience and demonstrated application of partnering with hiring leaders to support end‑to‑end recruitment
Demonstrated knowledge and application of hands‑on use of sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek Talent Search and applicant tracking systems
Demonstrated understanding and application of high‑quality end‑to‑end recruitment practices
Strong application of talent pooling for hard‑to‑fill positions
Demonstrated understanding of recruitment metrics and ability to use data to provide sourcing strategies and insights for hiring leaders
