* Full-time (1.0 FTE), continuing position, based in People and Culture, 108 North Terrace
* Salary range: $75,496 - $84,858 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)
About you
As an experienced administration support officer you will have a demonstrated background in working in either Talent Acquisition and / or Human Resources. You demonstrate resourcefulness, remain calm while managing multiple tasks, enjoy working in a team environment and have a passion for service delivery and building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders.
About the role
In the Day 1 AU structure, this role will be titled Talent Acquisition Support Officer. Reporting to the Senior Manager Talent Acquisition, you will work as part of the Talent Acquisition team to deliver strategic and functional recruitment activity. You will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support, be a point of contact for day-to-day candidate and hiring manager queries and support best practice recruitment services across the University.
To be successful you will need
* Understanding and knowledge of contemporary best practice recruitment strategies and practices
* Strong experience in the provision of administrative support within Talent Acquisition or Human Resources environments
* Demonstrated ability to engage with a broad range of stakeholders and build strong credible relationships
* Advanced level of administrative capability, including proficiency with information systems, web, and Microsoft Office programs
* Proven high level organisational and time management skills; resourceful and calm under pressure
