Join the Centre for Non-Violence (CNV) in Echuca as a clinician in the Safe, Thriving & Connected program as part of a regional, multidisciplinary partnership that helps to deliver integrated and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to victim-survivors.

About The Organisation:

The Centre for Non-Violence (CNV) has supported individuals and families across the Loddon region for over 30 years through feminist, culturally safe, child safe and community connected family violence services spanning prevention, crisis response, therapeutic recovery and programs for people who use violence.

* An opportunity to specialise in violence trauma recovery through evidenced-based therapeutic approaches, such as, narrative therapy, art/play based modalities, EMDR and/or somatic work.

About The Role:

* Provide high quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions for adult and child victim-survivors.
* Conduct specialised assessments, including therapeutic readiness and risk considerations.
* Develop clear, collaborative treatment plans that support healing and resilience.
* Facilitate individual and group therapeutic programs.
* Work closely with consortium partners to ensure integrated and culturally safe client support.
* Contribute to service improvement, evaluation and best practice development across the therapeutic stream.

About You:

* Clinically confident, reflective and committed to ongoing growth.
* Skilled in trauma-informed practice, with experience supporting both adults and children.
* Grounded in feminist practice and understands the gendered nature of family violence.
* Comfortable working in a multidisciplinary, values-driven organisation.
* Committed to cultural safety, including working respectfully with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families and diverse communities.
* Motivated by meaningful therapeutic work rather than high-volume case turnover.

Qualifications:

* Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or related field.
* Minimum 3 years' experience in therapeutic practice.
