Your responsibilities will include:
- Exceeding your sales targets through creative selling, teamwork, following up.
- Understanding the market.
- Working within a team as well as autonomously.
- making outbound calls cold and warm leads.
- Ability to close deals.
- negotiating deals.
- exceeding KPIS.
- conducting open homes.
- putting up for sales signs.
- meeting clients and showing them projects that suit their needs and wants.
- assisting clients and achieving above and beyond service.

**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental pay types:
