* Room Service Attendant
* Food & Beverage Attendant (Lennons Restaurant)
* Food & Beverage Attendant (Hibiscus Bar and Terrace)
Responsibilities:
* Ensuring that our guests are offered the highest level of personalized service at all times
* Problem solve any guest complaints and elevate where required
* To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times
* To perform opening and closing procedures established for the outlet you are rostered in
* To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all Food and Beverage related services and products, and have the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations, upsell and cross-sell.
Requirements:
* Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate or the ability to obtain one within 30 days of commencement
* High level of communication
* High level of grooming and personal presentation
* Previous customer service experience
* Previous Food & Beverage experience is highly regarded
* Previous experience with Infrasys is highly regarded
* Legal working rights in Australia
