About the Role :
WorkPac is currently in search of a Planner / Scheduler Cranes & Transport to join our esteemed client's team based in Paraburdoo / West Angelas. This position is based on a FIFO 5 : 2, 4 : 3 roster from Perth, for a 6-month duration.
Duties and Responsibilities :
* Plan and schedule crane and transport assets across East and West Pilbara sites
* Optimise fleet use and personnel allocation to reduce external hire costs
* Coordinate closely with site and internal planning teams to maximise resource efficiency
* Use SAP, Microsoft Project, and Excel to manage scheduling tasks and reporting
* Support crane supervisors and execution teams with scheduling and work management
* Assist with planning for sustaining capital and coordinating external vendor resources
* Contribute to weekly reporting on resource and asset utilisation metrics
Skills and Experience :
* Experience in planning, scheduling or logistics roles
* Proficient in Excel, SAP, and Microsoft Project
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Knowledge of crane operations or capacity planning is an advantage
* Commitment to safety and understanding of work management processes
* C-Class WA Drivers Licence
