We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Water Resources professional to join our multidisciplinary Sydney team. You will work on transformative projects, receive mentorship from industry specialists, and collaborate across interstate and international offices as part of our broader Water Resources sector.
How you'll make a difference
* Be part of a high-performing team delivering hydrologic and hydraulic modelling, drainage design, and integrated water management solutions, with a strong focus on technical excellence.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across a range of geographies to deliver integrated outcomes.
* Contribute to an exciting and diverse portfolio of projects across all market sectors, including energy, transport, water, environment and government, across NSW and Australia.
* Support the preparation of tenders and proposals.
Qualifications
The qualities that help you thrive
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant Engineering discipline, Water Resource Management, or Environmental Science/Hydrology and 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
* Demonstrated experience with water resource modelling and design tools such as TUFLOW, DRAINS, HEC-RAS (1D and 2D), RORB, XPRAFTS, and URBS, along with a working knowledge of industry standards and guidelines.
* Strong client focus with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
* Highly motivated and adaptable, with the ability to work both independently and within teams, and contribute effectively to projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
