Responsibilities
* Mowing, trimming, spraying, and general grounds upkeep
* Cleaning and maintaining internal and external landscapes
* Irrigation repairs and installations
* Ensuring contract standards and safety protocols are met
* Representing ISS with professionalism and a service‐first attitude
* Practicing safe manual handling and maintaining a tidy work environment

Requirements
* Solid gardening knowledge (mowing, weed control, etc.)
* Willingness to provide a National Police Check and Working with Children Check
* Ability to complete both Functional and Medical Clearance
* Experience in a similar role or contract
* Ability to work independently with strong time management
* Pride in your work and a proactive mindset
* Clear communication skills
