Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality cutting, colouring, styling, balayage, foiling, blonding and finishing services
* Provide exceptional customer service and build strong long-term client relationships
* Conduct professional client consultations and recommend suitable services and retail products
* Maintain strong rebooking and client retention levels
* Mentor and support apprentices and junior stylists
* Assist with training and maintaining salon service standards
* Work efficiently within appointment schedules while maintaining quality outcomes
* Help maintain a positive, professional and team-focused salon culture
* Keep workstations clean, organised and compliant with salon hygiene standards
* Contribute to salon retail sales and promotional activities
* Manage client concerns professionally and assist in resolving service issues
* Stay current with industry trends, colour techniques and new products
* Assist with opening and closing salon procedures when required
* Support salon managers with day-to-day operations and workflow
* Maintain accurate client records and consultation notes
* Ensure all tools, equipment and colour areas are maintained correctly
* Participate in team meetings, training sessions and salon education events
* Uphold salon presentation, professionalism and brand standards at all times
Min Cert 3 hairdressing required with all the skills that entails
Looking for outstanding high performance hairdressers.
Minimum 5 years experience and able to do all types of cuts and styles

Salary $75000 to $85000
