W3Global is looking for a highly skilled Family Lawyer with a minimum of 3 years Post Admission Experience (PAE) to join our growing Melbourne office on St Kilda Road and our thriving Pakenham office.

The Role & Your Diverse Practice
Your primary focus will be complex Family Law and Intervention Order matters, while you will also have the opportunity to develop expertise in the following areas:
* Family Law (Divorce, Property, Parenting)
* Intervention Orders (Applicants and Respondents)
* Criminal Law Matters
* Wills and Estate Planning
Core Responsibilities
* Answer and convert new client enquiries.
* Draft comprehensive and complex court documents and correspondence.
* Attend and advocate at mediation and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) conferences.
* Represent clients in court appearances and contested hearings.
* Advise clients across all facets of family law and related practice areas.
* Brief counsel and instruct at trials.
* Manage client files, including agreements, billing, invoicing, and scheduling.
What You Will Bring
* A minimum of 3 years Post Admission Experience in Family Law.
* Exceptional drafting, advocacy, and communication skills.
* A proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
