We are seeking a skilled NDT Technician to join our world-class motorsport operation, playing a vital role in ensuring the integrity and performance of components used at the highest level of racing. Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality NDT inspections (Ultrasonic, Eddy Current, MPI, Dye Penetrant, Visual) across critical car components.
* Maintain compliance with EN4179/PCN Level 2 standards or higher.
* Clearly and confidently communicate inspection findings to engineering teams.
* Work autonomously and professionally under time-critical conditions.
* Support the team at trackside events, testing sessions, and other operational locations as required.
* Uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and precision in every task.
* Contribute positively to a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
* Minimum Level 2 NDT Qualification (EN4179/PCN) in key techniques.
* Strong expertise in Ultrasonic A-Scan (Phased Array advantageous), Eddy Current, MPI, Dye Penetrant, and Visual Inspection.
* Knowledge of X-Ray and CT Scan techniques is beneficial.
* Ability to remain calm, precise, and effective under pressure, with minimal supervision.
* Excellent communicator with a proactive and positive mindset.
* Self-motivated, with the ability to inspire and support colleagues in a fast-paced, challenging environment.
