Position: 360 Recruitment Consultant
We are looking for a motivated and energetic 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Brisbane. You will have flexible work/life balance arrangements and unmatched commission earning potential.
Responsibilities
* Lead, generate and create a pipeline of new business opportunities within your market.
* Manage the full 360 recruitment process, from sourcing jobs and candidates to arranging interviews and managing the offer process.
* Headhunt to identify and attract exceptional candidates.
* Use a variety of sources from in-house database, social media, and advertising.
* Build long lasting client relationships with a variety of companies.
* Meet clients and understand their business needs to deliver recruitment solutions.
* Create ownership over your own business.
* Stay up to date with changes in your market and industry.
Skills and Attributes Required
* Self-driven, vibrant, passionate and able to maintain a high level of personal motivation.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Ability to negotiate.
* Ability to build and nurture both client and candidate relations.
* Intermediate knowledge of computer skills and database entry.
* Successful work history (3 references).
* Car and licence for client interactions.
