Role Overview
Principal or Senior Consultant (4‐7 years experience) to manage delivery of complex digital and data initiatives across the Gold Coast client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan, govern and execute data, digital and system‐enabled initiatives.
* Translate digital strategy into pragmatic delivery plans that deliver measurable business value.
* Improve efficiency by streamlining end‐to‐end processes, clarifying roles and responsibilities, and enhancing information management and use of digital tools.
* Design and implement data analytics, dashboard reporting and data warehousing, developing client insights to improve portfolio, program and project performance.
* Strengthen data management frameworks and increase data capability across client organisations.
* Operate across multiple workstreams, develop dashboards and manage complex digital delivery.
* Engage directly with senior clients and delivery partners to drive momentum and achievement of digital and data outcomes.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards.
Qualifications
* A degree in Business, Economics, Mathematics, Commerce, Engineering or Maths.
* Four years professional experience in management consulting, business analysis or data and digital transformation.
* Strong dashboard design, data analytics and creative reporting experience.
* Experience in digital transformation programs and system implementations.
* Enthusiastic, autonomous, strong problem‐solving and consulting experience.
* Knowledge of construction, infrastructure and capital project management activities.
* Strong stakeholder management, verbal communication and project management capability working in teams across multiple clients.
Technical Data Skills
* Power BI, Tableau (Intermediate – required)
* SQL, Python, R (Basic)
* PowerApps, Power Automate (Basic)
* Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake (Basic)
* Visual Studio Code, Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio (Basic)
* Jira, Trello, Planner, Microsoft Project, Slack (Basic)
