Responsibilities
* Business performance and management reporting focused on insights and driving effective decision making
* Being a trusted business partner through providing valued advice that drives business performance
* Leading and driving cross functional initiatives that support the group and strategic objectives as well as leading productivity across finance and business partners
* Maintaining best practice business partnering capability to maximise the strategic and financial impact of project resourcing, business prioritisation and capital utilisation
Experience
* CA/CPA qualified or equivalent, or a proven background in financial performance management
* Management accounting experience in financial services is highly regarded
* Capability to analyse large volumes of data to draw out simple and succinct insights that can support better business conversations and outcomes
* Proven ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
* Ability to understand and connect product, segment, and channel offerings to customers across multiple business areas
* Proven people leader with a focus on development and upskilling
