Key Responsibilities
* Expert turf management: mowing, fertilizing, aerating, and top‐dressing.
* Diagnosis and treatment of pests, weeds, and diseases.
* Installation and maintenance of irrigation systems.
* Proactive lawn renovation and repair.
* General garden and grounds maintenance.
* Operation and maintenance of professional‐grade equipment.
* Provide expert advice and solutions to clients.
What We're Looking For
* Fully qualified Greenkeeper with a minimum of 3 years of experience.
* Strong passion for horticulture and an eye for detail.
* Current and valid Chemical Application Certificate.
* Valid Australian Driver's Licence.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Self‐motivated and reliable team player.
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary between $65,000 and $75,000 per annum + superannuation, dependent on experience and qualifications.
