With continued growth across the managed services division, they are seeking a Service Onsite Engineer to join their Canberra team.
The Opportunity
This is a hands‐on technical role working across a diverse portfolio of client environments. You will provide both onsite and remote support across infrastructure, networking, cloud and end‐user technologies while acting as a trusted technical contact for clients. This role suits someone who enjoys solving technical problems, working directly with people and operating within fast‐paced MSP environments where no two days are the same.
You will work across:

The Role
You will:
* Provide onsite and remote Level 2 and Level 3 technical support
* Support Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Azure environments
* Troubleshoot networking technologies including Fortinet, Aruba, WatchGuard and Ubiquiti
* Support collaboration and telephony platforms including Teams, SIP and 3CX
* Assist with infrastructure upgrades, deployments and projects
* Maintain accurate technical documentation and ticket updates
* Deliver strong customer service across all client interactions
* Build trusted relationships with technical and non‐technical stakeholders
* Support junior engineers through mentoring and knowledge sharing
* Contribute to a collaborative and high‐performing team culture
The Ideal Person
You bring:
* Experience working within an MSP or fast‐paced support environment
* Strong troubleshooting capability across infrastructure, networking and cloud technologies
* Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Azure
* Exposure to networking technologies such as Fortinet, Aruba, WatchGuard or Ubiquiti
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
* A proactive mindset with strong ownership and accountability
* A current Australian Driver's Licence
Desirable
* Microsoft, Fortinet, Cisco or Azure certifications
* Exposure to security technologies and virtualisation platforms
* Experience within enterprise or secure environments
Australian Citizenship is essential to be successful in this role.
