About the Role

Your role as a Gaming Attendant is to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests through warm and authentic service, while complying with Responsible Service of Alcohol and Gaming regulations.
A Day in the Life of a Gaming Attendant
Actively engage with guests, sharing your passion for our products and creating special moments that guests will remember.
Contribute positively to our culture of responsibility, centred around safety and RSA and RCG/RSG compliance.
Complete machine payouts and cash handling tasks in accordance with hotel policies and gaming regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Excellent people, detail and communication skills; motivated to create memorable experiences for guests.
A team player with adaptable availability across the day, evenings and weekends.
Current industry RSA and RSG/RCG qualifications.
Authentic, genuine and enthusiastic about working at ALH.
