Responsibilities
* Manage the end to end recruitment process, from brief to hire
* Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
* Write compelling job adverts to attract the best talent
* Utilise LinkedIn and other tools to source and manage a pipeline of candidates and to track / report performance
* Manageall communication with candidates from application/ approach until offer acceptance
* Updateapplicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting and hiring manager collaboration
* Knowledge of all recruitment related regulation and compliance
* Builda Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business

Qualifications
* Professionally qualified in HR or Talent Acquisition
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, with experience in the construction infrastructure or defence market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists
* Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
