Reports to: Employee Lifecycle Manager
Location: Remote – prioritizing applications from APAC
Qualifications
* Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with care, sensitivity and legal compliance, providing comprehensive HR support on employment laws and regulations spanning multiple jurisdictions.
* Excellent communication, influencing, conflict management and negotiation skills, able to lead difficult conversations with conflicting interests while maintaining confidentiality.
* Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English at a business level; additional languages considered a plus.
* Aptitude and enthusiasm for innovating and optimizing processes, consistently identifying and implementing automation opportunities.
* Operational efficiency with a focus on documentation integrity.
* Tech‐savvy, collaborating asynchronously on tools and adapting to new systems.
* Ability to work independently and cohesively in a fast‐paced, asynchronous, remote environment with multiple priorities; willing to work flexible hours as needed.
* Familiarity with communication, documentation and project‐management tools such as Notion, Slack, Zendesk and G‐suite.
* Strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements, assisting senior specialists and experts on complex projects, including implementation of employment law changes from collective bargaining agreement updates.
* Draft, tailor and administer all employee lifecycle documents with accuracy and attention to detail for both internal and external employees, including issuance of employment agreements, amendments, letters and forms.
* Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance on legal interpretations as a trusted consultant to clients and employees.
* Collaborate and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance in employee lifecycle activities, including payroll, legal counsel, government bodies and trade unions.
* Assist senior specialists in managing critical initiatives that impact employees across multiple countries and support HR and financial audits to ensure compliance with local regulations.
* Develop and update global internal documentation on contracts management, proactively addressing inquiries with internal stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, product development and overall customer and employee experience.
* Safely manage and maintain employee data and confidential information, ensuring professionalism and discretion.

Remote – priority to applicants from APAC.

Salary and Benefits
Annual salary range: $29,750—$67,000 USD.
