About the Role
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers—playing a critical role in ensuring every interaction is smooth, efficient, and exceeds expectations.
This is a varied, fast-paced role where no two days are the same. You'll be balancing customer enquiries, order processing, and administrative support, all while contributing to a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managingincoming calls and customer enquiries
* Supportingsales enquiries and providing solutions
* Raisingand invoicing orders accurately and efficiently
* Monitoringand responding to shared inboxes
* Processingcredits, warranties, and new accounts
* Managingfreight follow-ups and backorders
* Updatingcustomer records and pricing information
* Handlinggeneral administration and office support tasks
* Collaboratingwith internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements What We're Looking For
You're someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and takespride in delivering outstanding service.
