Raes on Wategos is a high end boutique hotel and restaurant with 7 suites, situated on the stunning shores of Wategos beach.
We are on the hunt for a breakfast chef to join our team. With only in house guests to worry about, the emphasis is on quality, not quantity. Every thing from cutting, prepping and plating should be carried out with attention to detail. The small menu is made up of creative, modern takes on classics, however from time to time a guest will request an omelette or some other things that you will need to know how to execute.
Shifts are from 6 am and usually finish around 12:30-1pm. Days can flexible which makes it easy to work around other jobs, studies or the good lifestyle that Byron has to offer.

The breakfast chef also feeds the team breakfast after service has finished and helps pack away produce. This is a position for up to 5 days per week at approximately 6-7 hours per day.
all awards are followed and overtime/penalty rates adhered to.
The applicant must be exceptionally reliable and have great attention to detail and hold them selves to high standards.
No cash payments or off the books hours.
