The Role
You'll work directly with the founder, supporting execution across research, communication, and scheduling. Your work will help keep momentum in a fast-moving, early-stage setting.
Responsibilities
LinkedIn research, outreach, and follow-up messaging (scripts provided)
Managing responses and maintaining contact lists
Scheduling and coordinating meetings across time zones
Preparing short daily task summaries and reminders
Assisting with admin and light document formatting or organisation
Tracking progress on outreach and partnership pipelines
What We're Looking For
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Organised, effective, and able to self-manage with minimal supervision
Tech-savvy (Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Calendly, Notion or similar)
Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment
Discreet, professional, and trustworthy with sensitive information
Ideally based in Australia (Sydney time zone alignment preferred)

Compensation & Details
Starting commitment : ~1 hour per day (remote). Expanding to 3–4 hours daily post-funding. Competitive hourly rate + performance-based growth opportunities.
