About the role
This junior role works across customer service and warehousing responsibilities, supporting the branch team, processing orders, managing stock, and assisting day‐to‐day warehouse operations. It is well suited to someone early in their career who enjoys variety, works well with others, and wants to learn.
Key responsibilities
Sales support and customer service
* Help customers at the trade counter and over the phone
* Assist with preparing quotes and sales orders
* Enter orders and maintain accurate records in systems
* Check stock availability and delivery timeframes
* Follow up on orders and customer enquiries
Warehouse and operations
* Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders
* Receive and check incoming stock
* Load and unload deliveries
* Keep the warehouse organised and secure
* Assist with basic assembly and stock handling
Team support
* Work closely with the sales and warehouse team
* Assist with day‐to‐day branch operations
* Step in where needed to keep things running
About you
* Experience in customer service, retail, or warehouse work
* Willing to learn and take on new tasks
* Good communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable and organised
* Positive attitude and team‐focused
Nice to have (not essential)
* Forklift licence
* Driver's licence
* Experience in warehousing or trade environments
