We are seeking a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to support day-to-day operations and lead a small, close-knit team.
The Role
This is a hands-on supervisory role where you'll be right in the action while helping coordinate warehouse activity. You'll work alongside your team on the floor while ensuring jobs are completed accurately, efficiently, and safely. You\'ll be responsible for supporting smooth daily operations, keeping the team on track, and making sure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched correctly and on time.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise and support a small team of pickers, packers and drivers
* Work alongside the team completing daily warehouse tasks including picking, packing and dispatch
* Oversee incoming goods, ensuring stock is received, checked and stored correctly
* Coordinate outgoing orders and assist with loading and delivery preparation
* Allocate daily tasks and help manage workflow and priorities
* Maintain accurate stock records and support regular stocktakes and cycle counts
* Ensure warehouse systems and processes are followed correctly
* Keep the warehouse clean, safe and well organised
* Assist with identifying and improving efficiency and accuracy in daily operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment in a supervisory or senior team member role
* A strong "lead from the floor" attitude — happy to be hands-on every day
* Solid understanding of picking, packing, dispatch and inventory processes
* Ability to prioritise and keep operations running smoothly under pressure
* Good communication skills with the ability to guide and support a team
* Reliable, organised and proactive in approach
* Experience with warehouse systems or basic inventory software is an advantage
