At Rehab Technology, we distribute premium rehabilitation, fitness, and medical equipment to hospitals, clinics, aged care providers and fitness and wellness professionals across Australia. Our Business Development Manager role is for someone who wants to build a real book of business, not just work a patch.
This is a relationship‐first role with real variety. You'll be out having face‐to‐face meetings with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, exercise physiologists, hospital procurement teams, and fitness professionals and back at your desk, turning those conversations into quotes, proposals, and solutions. It's a mix of in‐person selling and the kind of follow‐through that actually closes deals. You'll have autonomy to build your pipeline the way that works, and the support of a tight team behind you.
What you'll be doing
You'll develop and execute your own sales strategy across Australia, with national travel to meet customers and prospects face to face. You'll build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, prepare and follow up on quotes and proposals, present and demonstrate equipment, and manage your pipeline properly in our CRM. You'll also represent Rehab Technology at industry events and expos, and contribute to shaping where the business goes next. High performers will have a clear path to leading a team.
What we're looking for
You'll have a solid sales track record and the kind of commercial instincts that come from actually doing the work. A background in healthcare, rehabilitation, or fitness is a real advantage because clinical credibility opens doors that cold calls don't. You'll be comfortable moving between face‐to‐face meetings and structured quoting processes, and you'll be the sort of person who follows up without being asked.
CRM discipline matters here. We use Zoho and we use it properly.
