JBS Australia is seeking experienced Forklift Drivers to join the team at JBS Dinmore.
This role is ideal for motivated and safety-focused individuals who thrive in a busy operational environment and have experience operating forklifts within warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial settings.

JBS Australia, part of the global JBS business, is the largest and most respected meat and food processor in Australia with a strong portfolio of leading beef, lamb, pork, salmon and value-added products. Our Northern division operates five beef processing plants across Queensland and Northern NSW, producing more than 400,000 tonnes of beef products every year.
Located in Ipswich in Southeast Queensland, the JBS Dinmore Plant is the largest beef processing facility in the southern hemisphere. The plant employs approximately 2,000 team members with a processing capacity of 3,400 head of cattle per day.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the safe and efficient movement of products and materials across the facility while supporting daily operations and production requirements. This is a full-time position, Monday to Friday, 10pm to 6am.
Key Responsibilities
* Operating forklifts safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Forklift Drivers / High Reach Drivers
* Loading and unloading trucks and containers
* Transporting stock and materials throughout the site
* Completing routine equipment checks and reporting hazards
* Maintaining accurate stock movements and following site procedures
* Working collaboratively with production and warehouse teams
* Adhering to all workplace health and safety requirements
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Previous forklift operating experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, or industrial environment
* High Reach / Counterbalance experience
* Previous experience working in a temperature‐controlled environment (chiller/freezer) advantageous
* Comply with, and contribute to, our highly developed WHS, Quality Assurance and Training programs
* Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Willingness to receive a Q Fever vaccination
