About the Position
The successful candidate will provide professional routine, urgent, and emergency care to patients, while also maintaining a safe and healthy work environment. This involves managing complex cases, mentoring junior staff, and ensuring patient safety and optimal outcomes.
Responsibilities
* Perform various medical procedures such as blood pressure checks, weight measurements, EKGs, drawing blood, and collecting urine samples.
* Triage patients and provide medical advice within the scope of practice.
* Respond to emergency situations as needed.
* Maintain the clinics in a manner suitable for dispensing care.
Requirements
* Must be an Australian citizen.
* Possess a medical license to practice nursing in Australia.
* Hold a BA/BS from an accredited institution.
* Have a minimum of five years of experience working as a registered/licensed nurse.
* Have a minimum of three years of experience managing, supervising, and evaluating nursing staff.
