Supporting the Macquarie Capital business, our Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for presenting the performance of the business and analysing, reviewing, and discussing information with relevant stakeholders.
Responsibilities
In this role you will deliver monthly reporting to senior stakeholders, take ownership of half‐year and full‐year management discussion and analysis results, lead strategic projects, design and deliver targeted analysis that provides meaningful insight, and help improve processes to drive operational excellence across the team.
Qualifications
* CA or CPA qualification with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
* Experience in financial planning and analysis, ideally within financial services or a large operational environment
* A growth mindset with the ability to learn, adapt and seek continuous improvement
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex financial and non‐financial data into clear, practical insights
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with confidence to engage a wide range of stakeholders
