About the role The Assistant Store Manager helps drive sales, achieve targets and procure donations.
Working closely with the Store Manager, you will assist to develop and drive local and national marketing campaigns and promotional activity within the store.
On a day-to-day basis, you will help lead a team of staff and volunteers through ongoing coaching and support.
