We're seeking an experienced and adaptable Internal Recruiter to join a busy and collaborative talent team on a 2-month temporary assignment, with strong potential for extension.
About the Role:
You'll step into a key recruitment function, supporting the business during a critical period of team transition. Working within a talent team of three, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across a broad mix of vacancies, including:
* Help Desk / IT Support
* Manufacturing & Operations
* Contact Centre
* Finance & Corporate Services
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage full-cycle recruitment across varied role types
* Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs
* Source, screen, and shortlist quality candidates
* Coordinate interviews and offer processes
* Maintain recruitment workflows and candidate experience
* Provide proactive recruitment support during a high-demand period
About You:
* Previous recruitment experience (agency or internal)
* Comfortable managing multiple vacancies across diverse sectors
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Able to work autonomously while contributing to a close-knit team
* Available to start quickly
