**About the role**:
We are seeking a Consumer Information Coordinator to provide consumer ad customer support to a variety of stakeholders including (but not limited to): employees government departments, the media, local communities, idealistic groups and campaigners to build corporate brand value, goodwill, trust and respect.
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsibility for the investigation of all complaints
- Monitor and manage investigations into customer incident reports providing regular updates through to final outcome.
- Monitor all potential complaints to ensure mínimal financial impact.
- Ensure the iLeader is updated and data integrity is maintained with accuracy and relevant detail
- Ensure product complaints are escalated through to appropriate division and key stakeholders
- Coordination & collection of product samples
- Collecting returned complaint samples and recording against logged complaints
- Document control
- Support Quality Systems Manager as required

**About you**:
- Call centre experience highly desirable
- Customer service experience desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving skills
