The Role
This is a fully office-based role leading the People and Culture function for the property, supported by an experienced cluster team. It’s an ideal step up if you’re ready to manage your own property while still benefiting from mentoring and guidance.
You Will Be Across
Recruitment and onboarding, giving new team members the best possible startEngagement, helping managers build strong positive relationships with their staffWorkers compensation, RTW programs and WHS, making sure people feel safe and supportedTraining and development, working with the Training Manager to deliver inductions and growth opportunitiesPerformance reviews and ER, coaching leaders to handle challenges with fairness and careHR systems and compliance, keeping everything accurate, current and running smoothly
