About the Role
Reporting to the Superintendent Safety and Training, the Training Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring training systems meet legislative, organisational and site standard compliance requirements.
* Scheduling of training, inductions and verification of competencies
* Liaising with trainers (internal, external, RTOs) to schedule and deliver training
* Deliver training to meet TNA compliance
* Tracking training compliance and currency for all site personnel
* Assisting in the development, review and implementation of training materials, packages and site procedures
* Supporting standardisation of training processes
* Supporting department leadership with competency assessments and training plans
About you
* Experience in the development of training collateral
* Strong organisational and scheduling capability
* Excellent communicator with stakeholders at all levels
* Ability to professionally present material to a large workforce
* Flexible, adaptable and able to work well under pressure
* Up for a challenge and keen for professional development opportunities
* Cert IV in Training and Assessment (additional tertiary education desirable)
