Are you a hands-on Maintenance Electrician looking to join a high-performing engineering team in a dynamic and fast-paced industrial environment? Our client, a leading player in their sector, is seeking a proactive and skilled technician to support operations across multiple sites.
Your new role
As a Maintenance Electrician, you'll be responsible for:
Preventative and reactive maintenance of plant and equipment.
Installation and commissioning of electrical systems and control panels.
Supporting production workflow improvements and automation projects.
Collaborating with internal and external trades (electrical, plumbing, metalwork).
Ensuring WHS compliance and maintaining a clean, safe work environment.
Working autonomously on maintenance schedules and project work.
What you'll need to succeed
"Can-do" attitude with strong accountability.
Team-oriented and safety-conscious.
Ability to work under pressure and enjoy hands-on tasks.
Valid car licence (mandatory).
Forklift licence (preferred or willing to obtain).
Electrical trade licence.
Experience in industrial electrical work and hazardous environments.
Knowledge of PLCs and robotics (Kawasaki experience highly regarded).
Familiarity with induction furnaces, combustion systems, and pneumatics.
Ability to design and build control systems.
