About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer or Project Manager to play an integral role working on Queensland's largest residential development, providing approximately 20,000 lots on the Sunshine Coast.
Responsibilities
* Oversee project planning, programming tasks, and ensure project compliance.
* Accountable for ensuring compliance with all applicable legislation, regulations, and standards.
* Responsible for monthly assessments and forecasts of the project's financial performance.
* Manage and maintain client relationships.
* Coordinate and manage the performance of employees, subcontractors, procurement, and necessary equipment.
* Coach, mentor, and train relevant staff and address any performance issues.
Qualifications
* Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) desirable but not essential.
* Minimum 3 years experience in civil construction; prior delivery of subdivision projects highly regarded.
* Strong skills in managing client relationships.
* Proven ability to build positive relationships with subcontractors.
* Exceptional people‐management abilities.
